Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and parts management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled team of technicians.
- Ensure quality control while up safety and industry standards.
- Manage financial aspects of service, including estimates and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in service management or a similar automotive role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is advantageous.
